An easily adaptable space for a multitude of purposes, our clients include: dance companies; theatre productions; dance agencies; freelance teachers; performing arts students; film and TV companies and photographers.

Hire Rates

Peak Time (Monday – Friday 5pm onwards & Weekends):

£17.50 Per hour

10 Hour Block Booking (Equivalent to £15/ph) £150
5 Hour Block Booking (Equivalent to £16/ph) £80
Student Rate (non-profit/rehearsals) £12.50

Off Peak (Weekdays 9-5pm):

£15.00 Per hour

Student Rate (non-profit/rehearsals) £10
Half Day Rate (9-1pm and 1-5pm) £45
Full Day Rate (Weekdays 9-5pm) £75
