1. What level are the classes?

If the classes do not specify a level they are usually open level or beginner classes.




2. How much are the classes?

This varies between styles but the average class is £5 and most also offer student discounts. More specialist styles can be slightly more expensive. Please click on the more info tab next to the classes on the Timetable page for specific class details.




3. Do I need to book the classes?

Most of the classes are drop in classes where you pay as you go except for Zumba. Due to high demand you need to book your place each week for these classes.

If they are listed as a Course you also need to book in advance.




4. How many people are in each class?

This varies between classes. The most popular classes have around 20-25 people.




5. What age are the classes for?

Unless specified as children’s classes or a specific age bracket, the majority of classes are for adults (16 yrs to 66 yrs!)




6. Is there anywhere to park?

There’s a large, free, secure car park with CCTV on site for evenings and weekends.




7. Are the instructors qualified?

We have numerous different companies and organisations who use the studio to run their own classes. For more information on the individual companies and teachers click on the More Info tab for the class on the Timetable page.




8. What should I wear?

Generally speaking loose, comfortable clothing that won’t hinder your movements are recommended. Certain classes such as Tap and Flamenco require specialist shoes.
