FURTHER INFORMATION:
OSHUN
reigns over love, intimacy, beauty, wealth and diplomacy. Oshun is beneficent, generous and very kind. Oshun is said to have gone to a drum festival one day and to have fallen in love with the king-dancer Shango, god of lightning & thunder. Since that day, Shango has been married to Oba, Oya, and Oshun, though Oshun is said to be considered his principal wife.
OGUN
is a powerful, fierce warrior who defends his people and fights against injustice. Ogun has the intelligence and creativity to invent tools, weapons, and technology. He is the father of civilization in many ways. It was his tools and labor that cleared away the wilderness to build cities, homes, and roads. He is the cutting edge of the knife and as such is often misunderstood. The knife can be used to kill someone, or to save someone in surgery – such is Ogun’s nature.
RUMBA
is a dance term with two quite different meanings? In some contexts, “rumba” is used as shorthand for Afro-Cuban rumba, a group of dances related to the rumba genre of Afro-Cuban music. The most common Afro-Cuban rumba is the guaguancó the other Afro-Cuban rumbas are Yambu and Columbia.

“Our brand of dance based fitness classes are fun and entertaining as well as stimulating.
The brand is Burlesque themed but not affiliated with the in industry in anyway, we simply incorporate a tasteful collection of props and choreography into a medium impact fitness class. We’ve been running local classes for a while now and have been encouraged to license the platform for national distribution. It’s a speciality class much like Zumba, Cheerobics etc and those existing companies have proven how popular themed based exercise is globally. The entertainment factor is undoutedly one of the major draws to this style of fitness class, some of the sessions are fun and others are downright hilarious, but the ultimate aim is fitness.”
